By connecting your Strava account to YKP Strava Event Service ("the Service"), or by using its administrative or API features as an event organizer, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The Service is intended for event organizers and registered participants of marathon events organized by YKP BNI or its authorized partners. You must own and be authorized to connect the Strava account you use.
The Service integrates with Strava under the Strava API Agreement. "Strava" and Strava brand assets are property of Strava, Inc. This Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with Strava beyond the API usage authorized by Strava's developer terms.
Event leaderboards are computed from Strava activity data. Activities with manual entry, treadmill/trainer flag, or outside the event date range may be marked as invalid. Event organizers have final authority over result validation and disputes.
The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Strava API outages, rate limit changes, or webhook delivery delays may temporarily affect synchronization.
Participants may revoke Strava access at any time. The event organizer may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
